Calling all San Francisco Homeowners, Developers, Builders, and Architects

Would you like to add an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to your home or residential building in San Francisco? Do you have a friend or client interested in learning more about the benefits and process of the San Francisco ADU program?

The SF ADU program began in 2014 and set the precedent for the state of California, gaining the strong support of organizations like SPUR and community housing advocates. Come learn about the newest amendments and procedures for the Accessory Dwelling Unit program from Marcelle Boudreaux, senior planner at San Francisco Planning Department.

The San Francisco Planning Department wants help you make your ADU a reality.
